1General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the hgyz platform ("Platform") and all associated services. This platform, operated by hgyz, provides online betting and casino gaming services.
When you create an account on hgyz or use any service on the platform, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these terms. You should not operate an account without reading these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
hgyz reserves the right to change these terms at any time at its discretion. Registered users will be notified as far in advance as possible of any changes. Continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
2Account Registration
To open an account on hgyz, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false or misleading information will result in permanent account closure and any funds may be forfeited.
2.1 Registration Requirements
- Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
- The name, date of birth, and contact information provided must be accurate and up to date.
- A national identity card or other government-issued document may be required for account verification.
- The mobile number and email address used during registration must be active and personal.
- Keeping your password confidential is the user's own responsibility.
2.2 Account Verification (KYC)
hgyz may conduct an identity verification process (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any time. As part of this process, you may be asked to submit the following documents:
- Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
- Recent utility bill or address verification document
- Proof of ownership of payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket account details)
3Age and Eligibility
hgyz services are for individuals aged 21 and above only. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. Providing a false age during registration will result in account closure and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
Additional eligibility requirements:
- Users must use their own account — acting on behalf of another person is not allowed.
- hgyz employees and their immediate family members may not open gaming accounts on the platform.
- Anyone whose account was previously permanently closed may not register again.
4Deposits and Withdrawals
The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on the hgyz platform.
4.1 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for all payment methods).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer.
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
- Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.
- The time for funds to appear in your account after a deposit depends on the payment method used.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal requests may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
- hgyz reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
5Bonuses and Promotions
hgyz offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be read carefully before acceptance.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:
- After accepting the bonus, a 10x wagering requirement must be met before those funds can be withdrawn.
- The wagering must be completed within the specified time limit while the bonus is active.
- A user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
5.2 Other Promotions
From time to time, hgyz offers special promotions, tournament bonuses, and VIP rewards. The specific terms for all such offers will be stated on the relevant promotions page.
- hgyz reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
- If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus will be forfeited and the account will be closed.
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
6Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Rules
All games and betting activities on the hgyz platform are conducted on principles of fairness and transparency. Each game has its own rules, which are detailed on the game's page.
- Once a round or bet has started, it cannot be cancelled.
- If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, the result of that round will be considered void.
- hgyz is not responsible for losses caused by network disconnection.
- Attempting to exploit any bug or error in the game software is prohibited.
6.2 Sports Betting
For betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA World Cup), and other sports events:
- Bets will be settled after the official result is announced.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
- The decision of the relevant sports authority is final in determining the outcome of a match.
7Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hgyz platform and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Operating or creating multiple accounts.
- Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses using different accounts or identities.
- Using the platform for money laundering or criminal activities.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
- Match-fixing or organized fraud with the intent to influence game outcomes.
- Harassing, intimidating, or misleading other users.
- Creating accounts for minors or participating on their behalf.
8Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by hgyz
hgyz reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of the terms or participation in prohibited activities.
- Providing a false identity or forged documents.
- Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.
- Order from a court or regulatory authority.
If an account is legitimately closed, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned. However, if fraud is proven, the full balance may be forfeited.
8.2 Voluntary Account Closure
Any user may request to close their account via 24/7 live chat or email. In the case of voluntary closure, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance.
9Privacy and Data Protection
